  • Trisha Larson - Before Nate died, I heard Jana Alayra speak at my MOPS about losing her daughter in a car crash. She couldn’t explain it except to compare it to the man who wrote the hymn “it is well with my soul” after a ship sank killing his wife and kids many, many years ago. I didn’t understand it at the time and must admit that there are days that I still don’t but I’m learning to accept that Nate’s death on earth and now life is Heaven is “well with my soul”.

A long explanation for why that necklace would be just perfect 🙂

    Hugs,
    TrishaReplyCancel

When our sweet boy was still in my “tummy” I would sing this hymn to him and let him know that every single day of his little life was a gift from our Creator, and that my prayer is that he will come to understand God’s so great salvation…so that ~ no matter what ~ it will be “well with [his] soul”, too!
