I don’t usually pray for a specific gender, because they’re both so precious and I know the Lord knows what/who each family needs. And 4 little boys would’ve been delightful.

But I prayed for a(nother) sweet girl for you. 😉

I’ve been slowing getting them back and I saw this news and my heart nearly burst at the incredible news of a new Princess on the way. I seriously could not be happier for all of you. Your boys will be amazing big brothers and I can’t wait to keep following your story. I still pray to this day for your sweet family. You inspire so many and will never forget your precious Cora. God bless and prayers for a smooth pregnancy and delivery. ?☺️??ReplyCancel

  • Mary Kinsley - I’ve been following your blog since learning about Cora, and have been waiting, hoping and praying for this post! So very happy for all of you. It also reminded me about a beautiful letter that George H W Bush wrote to his mother a couple of years before the birth of their second daughter (their first daughter, Robin, died of leukemia when she was 3 yrs old).. Here’s a link -https://www.c-span.org/video/?c4621698/president-george-hw-bush-robin I hope it’s OK to pass along to you!ReplyCancel

  • Mary Ann - Oh my…I’m so happy for you and your cute family. I know you wouldn’t have cared if the new baby was a boy but I’m sure you are thrilled with a baby girl. I found your blog and another fb/blog friend through my niece, Kendra Webster. Ashley Sullenger lost her first baby, Preslee, age 18 months. Preslee fell into a canal in Idaho. Two farmers rescued her but she suffered irreversible damage and passed away about a week later in July 2010. Ashley had her first son about a year later. Then several years later had twin boys (natural, no help with fertility drugs). Then last year, she had another daughter. Everyone has a story about their precious children, but yours reminded me of Ashley….daughter, then 3 boys, now another daughter. I rejoice with you and am thrilled. I don’t look at your blog often enough so I was just sitting at my computer and though I’d take a look. So excited for you!!! Congratulations!! Your little girl will have 3 of the best big brothers ever!!ReplyCancel
